DAY OF COORDINATING

This service is for the couple who would prefer to manage and plan all of the details associated with their wedding. Hiring a ‘Day of Coordinator’ makes sure that all of those plans and details are executed perfectly. That way on the wedding day, the only thing the couple has to worry about is saying “I Do”. Now the “day-of coordination” package is more extensive than most planners because I want to ensure that my couples have an easy planning process. Therefore, the “day-of coordinating” package starts 6 weeks before the wedding.

Pre-Wedding Day Planning (6 Weeks Before Your Wedding)

• Unlimited Communication

• One Planning Consultation

• Master Timeline

• Event Layout

• Vendor Confirmation

• Processional and Recessional logistics

• 1 Hour Rehearsal on or Off-site

• Collect all the couple’s personal decor before the wedding such as the guest book, toasting glasses, card box, cake cutting utensils, programs, menus, favors, etc.

On the Wedding Day:

• Up to 10 Hours of Coordinating Services

• Oversee Deliveries

• Assist with set up ceremony and reception

• Bring in and set up all of the couple’s personal decor

  • (I do not transport alcohol or rings)

• Assist with Wedding Party Prep & Processional Timing

• Assist with room flip

• Attend to various guests needs and inquiries

• Facilitate solutions to unexpected challenging situations that may arise.

• Deal with all last minute needs or hiccups

• Coordinate events and announcements

• Work with Vendors to break down reception

• Collect and pack all of the couple’s personal decor, toasting glasses, guest book, favors, seating chart, pictures, card box, and gifts

• Provide wedding emergency kit
